First Post

Finally, I am able to create a blogger account. I know this might not be appropriate as a first post but I must take exception to blogspot's claim that you can create a blog in three "easy" steps. It was more of a painful crawl for me, perhaps aided somewhat by my being technologically-challenged. But that's precisely the point right? Even techno newbies like me should be able to at least create an account easily. Ironic that this blog is aimed at discussing law and technology from a third world perspective in contrast with my other blog. Or am I epitomizing it right now? Hmmmm.
